The annual Island-wide, only yard sale on BHI, known as Island Treasures, will return with a twist this year on Saturday, June 24. For 2023, we will be having Porch Island Treasures, in which homeowners will have their items for sale or to give away on their porches. Use the online or printed map and address list to find participating locations.

The map and list of participating locations are available with the links above — you can print it yourself, or you can pick up a map at BHA’s Association Center (111 Lighthouse Wynd) starting at 8:45am on June 24. Buyers can drive from home to home to purchase items of interest. Sellers will have from 9:00am-12:00pm to sell or give away items, or sellers may close earlier if all items are sold or given away.

Note that all items not sold or given away should be removed from porches at 12:00pm. If you’d like to donate leftover items, the Village’s Public Works trailer for donations is labeled #2, and staff can assist you. Public Works is located at 271 Edward Teach Extension and is open Monday-Friday 7:30am-2:00pm and Saturday-Sunday 7:00am-2:00pm. Learn more about Public Works HERE .
