Purpose of the Covenants

The Covenants are the most comprehensive and most important document that governs the Association. It describes the general structure of the Association including the responsibilities of the organization and of property owners. It also contains the restrictions on the use of each owner's property, as well as the common area. 

Everyone must abide by the rules, restrictions, terms and conditions found in the Covenants. It is important that property owners review the document to understand their responsibilities. Over time, members have adopted revisions to the Covenants that have kept them current with existing conditions.

Association members are notified that in the event they have a dispute with the Association, they have the right to initiate mediation as provided in North Carolina General Statutes § 7A-38.3F. The Association is unable to provide any member legal advice of any kind.
