You may have recently recieved information about our new community software, Vantaca. It will fully be online January 5, however, you can set up your account now by clicking HERE.

Please note that assessment statements will show a statement date of January 10, 2026. However, because this is a new system for both BHA staff and our members, no late fees will be assessed until May 10, 2026. This grace period is intended to allow ample time for everyone to become familiar with Vantaca and the new login and billing process.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation during this transition and look forward to the improved communication, transparency, and efficiency Vantaca will bring to our community.
