ARC Meetings (Architectural Review Committee) Go Virtual During COVID-19!

Due to the current State of Emergency, all activities are temporarily canceled and the Association Center is temporarily closed through May 31, 2020. Updates will be posted when available.
BHI Organization Updates:
Village Post Office & Island Package Center (IPC) — to limit contact, pick up mail at PO Boxes outside of IPC hours (9am-4pm Monday-Saturday). For package pickups, stay in your golf cart (keeping a minimum of 6 feet from others) and line up in order on Lighthouse Wynd and move up as the line progresses, with your PO Box number clearly written in large numbers and displayed on the front windshield. Village Chapel of BHI — chapel services suspended through April 30. Officials are evaluating options for serving patrons in other ways. Easter services will be recorded, with links posted online and sent via email. Click HERE for Facebook page. Click HERE for virtual services videos.
BHI Conservancy — all buildings are closed to the public, including Fleming Educational Classroom and Turtle Central Gift Shop. All in-person educational programs are canceled through April 30. Click HERE for website. Click HERE for YouTube channel.
BHI Club — continuing to offer a limited take-away menu, along with weekly chef specials at Horizons. Now open from 11:30am-3:30pm, and you can call your order in at 910-294-8099 or email /covid-19-resources. All scheduled social events, club events and gatherings of 10 or more people are canceled or postponed for a minimum of 30 days, with updates forthcoming. Cary Cart Company — temporarily suspended operations for all locations, effective immediately. Click HERE for Facebook page notice.
Maritime Market — the market is open, the dining room is closed. A wide selection of "grab & go" items are available in the market (deli side in the hot box). Order ahead for menu items HERE. The Market receives routine shipments daily and larger shipments on certain days of the week. Call for special requests. Grocery home delivery is available by calling 910-457-7450 or visiting the website HERE . Market hours are 8am-4pm Monday-Friday and 9am-4pm Saturday-Sunday.
