BHA Design Guidelines Draft Revision — 25th Edition
The BHA Board of Directors has reviewed the draft changes (highlighted in yellow) of the Design Guidelines that were recommended by the ARC Committee and BHA staff and will consider it for approval at the December 11th Board meeting. The approved final version of the Design Guidelines will be effective for NEW submittals reviewed after January 1, 2021. The BHA Board requests feedback from its members. from members through November 2020
about a change in BHA's philosophy contained in the revised draft of the Community Wide Standards (CWS). Read the October Island Report article HERE. Read the current CWS document HERE.
